Every medical page and article on this website is reviewed and approved by Dr. Tamoghna Das, MBBS, MD (Medicine), registered with the Assam Council of Medical Registration (No. 20276). His name and the date of the last review appear at the end of each page.

• Answers first, details after
• Medical terms explained when first used
• Indian guidelines and Indian data where they exist; respected international guidelines where they do not
• No promises of results, no comparisons with other doctors or clinics, no testimonials, no medicine brand names

• Every medical page is reviewed at least once a year
• Pages are updated sooner when guidelines change or an error is found
• The "Last reviewed" date shows the latest review

Some first drafts of text, and some illustrations such as service badges, are prepared with the help of digital and AI tools. Every word is checked, edited and approved by Dr. Das before publication. AI-assisted images are used only for illustrations and design, never to show real patients or results. Any edited or enhanced photo of Dr. Das is used only with his written approval.

People shown in photos at the clinic have given written consent. Photos never show patient results, and captions never describe anyone's diagnosis.

Medcare does not accept payment or sponsorship for content. We do not promote medicines, devices or brands. If a conflict of interest ever arises, it will be stated on the page.
